TownePlace Suites Detroit Sterling Heights

We had five different families in town for a funeral. The front desk was able to get us all in the same building unit. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had special photos of the deceased and a couple flew away in the parking lot. One of the cleaning staff was helping us catch them. Later she found 1 more photo and brought it to us. My sister couldn’t find her sweater and the cleaning staff was helping us search her room after she left. We Discovered she left her sweater in a family member’s car. So convenient to have the hot delicious breakfast available.

Very clean and well kept. The parking lot was well lit and made you feel safe. Had to have key access just to get in the buildings. At the front desk was outstanding.

Please forgive--if I have the "misfortune" of being in Detroit again (which I will), this is without a doubt where we will stay. Everything from check-in and staff congeniality to the breakfast food offerings (which were quite tasty) and cleanliness were just fine. I would give them a perfect score.

Dana was the sweetest soul. God bless her, I felt like I've known her forever. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I had an issue with my room and Dana made sure I left feeling more than compensated. Because of her we will surely stay again. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She was personable and very friendly. The staff works really hard here I can definitely tell. I wanna say thanks to Janae behind the desk also. She was pretty cool.

The staff was so helpful. They served turkey sausage with breakfast which was perfect for people who cannot eat meat.
