It was quiet and we had easy access to our car from the building. It felt very safe. We loved hanging out in the fire pit area with the lights and large oversized chairs. Very nice touch. The shower was excellent, the breakfast could be better and last later into the morning, 9:30 is too early for weekend hours.

We had five different families in town for a funeral. The front desk was able to get us all in the same building unit. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had special photos of the deceased and a couple flew away in the parking lot. One of the cleaning staff was helping us catch them. Later she found 1 more photo and brought it to us. My sister couldn’t find her sweater and the cleaning staff was helping us search her room after she left. We Discovered she left her sweater in a family member’s car. So convenient to have the hot delicious breakfast available.

Jay at the desk was great, good person to have in that spot. Very personable. Thursday early mornings ng when I left say 5AM. I stopped at the desk to check out and asked a kitchen girl filling up the coffee for Ice if possible. She gave me a full bag while ch I was so grateful. it kept my treats cold the entire day at work till 1 PM. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name and should have, she was great polite and accommodating. Customer Service is exceptional. I'm in that field in Automotive and it is lacking so coming to your hotel made my day 😄

Very clean and well kept. The parking lot was well lit and made you feel safe. Had to have key access just to get in the buildings. At the front desk was outstanding.

Our room was quiet and of a nice size. We were visiting family so the location worked for us. A good enough selection for breakfast from breads, cereals, yogurt, to eggs and sausage. Bedding was comfortable and the AC worked great.

Please forgive--if I have the "misfortune" of being in Detroit again (which I will), this is without a doubt where we will stay. Everything from check-in and staff congeniality to the breakfast food offerings (which were quite tasty) and cleanliness were just fine. I would give them a perfect score.

The staff was so helpful. They served turkey sausage with breakfast which was perfect for people who cannot eat meat.
